[Boost-users] Upgrading from V1.31 to V1.33.1

      Hi everyone,

While upgrading from boost version 1.31 to version 1.33.1, I'm getting the
following errors :

 error C3861: 'BOOST_DEFAULT_ALLOCATOR': identifier not found

Has this macro been deprecated ?
Any work arounds available for this ?

Any information would be appreciated.
