Hi everyone,<br><br>While upgrading from boost version 1.31 to version 1.33.1, I&#39;m getting the following errors : <br><br>&nbsp;error C3861: &#39;BOOST_DEFAULT_ALLOCATOR&#39;: identifier not found<br><br>Has this macro been deprecated ?<br>
