Correction: Dave A's and Aleksey G's MPL book. I'd consider selling them directly if I could get my hands on more than the one copy I have. ;-) ... They were supposed to have sent us each 10 author copies about 2 weeks ago and nothing has yet arrived. If it's any consolation, the initial printing run sold out before the book was even released, so they had to do another.
