Is there any interest in Boost for a VList container? I became interested in this data structure after seeing it in Christopher Diggins' OOTL. I have started on a couple of different implementations and would like to explore one of them further, ideally with the help of the Boost community, and resulting in a submission to Boost.

I'm looking at Phil Bagwell's "Fast Functional Lists, Hash-Lists, Deques and Variable Length Arrays" at http://lampwww.epfl.ch/papers/ techlists.pdf, and they do like useful data structures.
