Hierarchical Layout Algorithms : 1) what is being implemented in spring based layout or what are the files(headers files) in the boost.

I'm not entirely familiar with the layout algorithms provided by Boost, but you can find them listed here [1]. Search for "Layout Algorithms". This should give you a good idea of what is already done.

Computer Vision Algorithm :
