[documentation] KAI acknowledgement

Howdy, The web page on compiler status: http://boost.org/status/compiler_status.html still has an acknowledgement for KAI Software, which IIUC no longer exists. Should that go away? ron

I don't see why. If we had an acknowledgment for a person who had since died we wouldn't remove that, would we? Joe Gottman

I suppose that if KAI had simply gone out of business, the metaphor would be apt, but KAI became a part of Intel. From a different perspective, I wonder if those acknowledgements are meant to be historical or current (do we even test against KCC anymore?) ron
