[Iostreams] Release notes
Hi, I've added some release notes for Iostreams, but I don't really know much about the library so it'd be really helpful if someone who does could take a look at them. http://beta.boost.org/users/news/version_1_41_0 Daniel
Daniel, What's about #3517 "stream<file_descriptor_source> closes supplied descriptor"? The milestone for it is 1.41. I expect one of the following: 1) It's stated that this is a non-issue. 2) It is resolved in the 1.41 release. 3) Release notes contain information about this as a "known issue". Alexander Churanov

There are several dozen iostreams bugs with milestones of 1.41 or earlier, most of which have not been resolved yet. As the 1.41 branch closes in 32h time, I would be astonished if any were fixed, even those for which (unlike #3517) we have a patch. They have been left too late. I shall try to make a patch for this bug sometime in the next week. After the dozen I did last night, this is quite high up my list of priorities. Richard
