Mailing list moderation, (how) does it work?
Hi list. There's a bloke over in the IRC channel that posted a message to the list last wednesday titled '[Endian] library proposal' which seems to be stuck somewhere as it hasn't showed up yet. Is this list still moderated-on-first-post or might there be another root cause for it not appearing? -- Lars Viklund | zao@acc.umu.se

One possible gremlin is that a moderator meant to click "accept" but accidentally clicked another button and didn't realize it. The poster should try again. --Beman
I tried again and I immediately got a message letting me know that my post was submitted and is awaiting moderator approval, so I guess there was some sort of problem where it never showed up. Obviously I can post now, so thanks for your help.
