IMO, as "utility / identity type" as a separate component. (I think all utility sub-libs should be separate components as they are for functional in favor of modularization -- maybe they are not just for historical reasons.) I'd say, please add these new components maintainer lcaminiti (lorcaminiti@gmail.com):

* local function * functional / overloaded function * utility / identity type

These are all done.

Also, I lcaminiti (lorcaminiti@gmail.com) can be the maintainer for the "scope exit" (unless Alexander Nasonov has any objection).

I'm going to wait for Alexander to speak up on this one.
