[1.47] Merge request for Boost.Build testsuite
May I please merge this change: https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/72883 which unbreaks Boost.Build regression tests. Since Boost.Build tests are not run unless they are explicitly run, this change has no potential to break the release.
