Apparently I've forgotten to merge two minor problem fixes (see attached patch): - One change of include order - One additional pair of parentheses to silence GCC warning These have been tested on the trunk for a long time without problems. If granted to go ahead, I'll also commit a small number of doc changes and changes to Visual Studio project files none of which can cause any problems with the tests. Ok to commit?
