Using "using" in the header was an error that was pointed out during the formal review. My current copy has fixed this a new version will be available very shortly #20. This will be guaranteed compatible with 1.31. Also very shortly the latest version will be checked into main CVS. So you can wait a little bit or remove the "using from your copy of the iserializer.hpp Robert Ramey
