[serialization] Boost.DateTime tests failing

I see that a few tests of Boost.DateTime (see [1] for instance) are failing because Boost.Serialization fails to complile. It seems like revision 62546 caused this. I've been working on it. Note that even though this is entirely unintentional, It's a perfect example of why I believe that each library on the trunk should be tested against release branch rather than the rest of the trunk. Robert Ramey Andrey Semashev wrote:
