Lawyers have advised me not to read patents, as knowingly violating a patent is a worse crime than unknowingly doing so. So it might even be a bad idea for me to read about your soon-to-be-patent-pending ideas.

How is somebody going to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you read a patent for sure? Even if you did a patent search, you might of just read the Abstracts, and not any of the teachings... How to prove? P.S. -- vZOOM is different from the collector code I posted:
