[serialization] 1.34.1 / 1.35 incompatibiliy

There is an incompatibility between text archives saved with 1.34.1 and 1.35. The format for vectors (and other containers?) is different. How will this be handled in 1.36? Will 1.36 revert to the 1.34.1 format? This is the solution I would prefer. Otherwise I will not be able to read my old serialization archives. --Johan
