Maybe he refers to license compatibility, as defined here: http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhatDoesCompatMean Regards

After I send the email, I discovered that in the link from Vladimir Prus FSF says about Boost Software License that: "This is a simple, permissive non-copyleft free software license, compatible with the GNU GPL." which seems to answer to my question about the compatibility. Regards
