[type traits] is_abstract expected failures

The following compilers are failing is_abstract_test: - cw-9_5-darwin - gcc-3_3-darwin - cw-9_4 From the list of compilers that are already expected to fail this test (include CW 9.3 and GCC 3.3.x), I think they should be marked as known failures and will do so unless anyone objects. Doug
