When the changes were made a few months ago to move all the tss hook functions from the global namespace to the boost namespace, it looks like tss_null.cpp got left out. It's tss_cleanup_implemented stub function (used for the regression tests) is still over in the global namespace. I opened up ticket 4650 with a patch that fixes this issue.
