Probably not; after all, it says "For example:". I'd consider changing it if it was the only place, but the docs are actually full of examples like this, and within the current authoring system for the site docs updating all of them with every new release is simply impractical. So let's hope that it's pretty obvious that this is only an example, and work towards switching to a better authoring tool than raw HTML.
