I just uploaded a working preview: http://tinyurl.com/qpffx The documentation is not yet ripe for public consumption and currently work in progress, so there is none in that archive so the test suite must work to show how to use things, for now. The implementation is (nearly, except some nitpicking) finished and hopefully practically usable. Feedback is most welcome of course. I want to have it ready for review somewhere in July.
