[move] missing in 1.46

Not really. The review dates were May 10, 2010 - May 24, 2010. Unfortunately a review result was not generated until Feb 1, 2011. You can click on the "Result" link to get the gory details. FWIW... I've been using the reviewed version in my current work without issue. The changes recommended from the review are relatively minor and should not require much migration (if any). That's my goal. I'm implementing the first basic changes and porting Interprocess to the soon to be official move library. Best, Ion
