Here is a patch which makes boost::detail::lightweight_mutex conform to the Lockable concept from the new Boost.Thread api. It shouldn't break backwards compatibility for code already using it. Note I haven't tested it much, especially the windows part (which I haven't even tried to compile), but the changes are pretty straightforward.
