Rene has removed tools/regression without removing the reference to it. My PR at https://github.com/boostorg/boost/pull/57 fixes this. Thanks for posting this. I’ve spent a lot of time investigating why I couldn’t build anything. I assumed that the lack of posts, and the fact it broke on both the develop and the master branches meant I must have done something strange on my machines I use to maintain Boost.Range.
