I have just tried to commit the attached patch, and got the attached error. Given that program_options docs definitely build with my patch, and look good, I believe the pre-commit check is wrong. Is it possible to fix? - Volodya

I've turned off this particular check. I plan to reinstate the check for explicit-failures-markup.xml when I have some more time. - Doug
