Hi. UTF test suite level fixture example at http://www.patmedia.net/~rogeeff/html/utf/user-guide/fixture/test-suite-shar... seems fishy. I do not see the "setup fixture!" and "teardown fixture!" messages anywhere in the documented output. Could be that I am misunderstanding something here and I have not taken the time to run the example but my gut says you have some invalid configuration setting when running the example to collect the output for the documentation and so BOOST_TEST_MESSAGE() macro expands to nothing.
