I was asked this question regarding DE:
... The Boost Graph Library (BGL) is often used for graph optimization purposes, and the geometry stuff is used to do things like lay out integrated circuits with lots of costs and constraints. There are the math and statistical functions. Are these and other Boost libraries complementary or orthogonal to your library?
I'm not familiar with BGL, but from its documentation, DE and BGL seem to be rather orthogonal. As for the math and statistical functions, I believe DE could complement these as yet another mathematical tool. Adrian Michel
