[MPL] document not updated
It seems that the MPL document in CVS is still not updated to reflect the changes since 1.31, for example there is still "apply_if" instead of "eval_if", this will cause great confusion. I wonder if the final 1.32 tarballs have the same problem.

The new docs are commited to the RC_1_32_0 branch. I guess Aleksey will merge with the trunk after the release.
