[uuid] looking for source

Yes, that is the latest, found in the boost vault, top directory, uuid_v13.zip. Direct download: http://www.boostpro.com/vault/index.php?action=downloadfile&filename=uuid_v13.zip&directory=&PHPSESSID=79d4dbae8d448c3dcfff3c17dfd2ff58 I will be changing it to a POD (as well as other changes) as a result of the review. I plan to have it in boost for 1.40.0 release.
