Copyright question: Boost logo (white, 277x86, png)

Hi, In the Boost distribution there is the file "boost.png" which contains the white-background version of the Boost logo. The distribution README says that all software & documentation without explicit copyright and license specification are licensed under the Boost Software License 1.0. I just wanted to ascertain that boost.png is indeed licensed under the BSL. See http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Boost.png for the cause of my question. While in many jurisdictions, usage of a logo for most reasonable purposes would be considered Fair Use, Commons requires an explicit free license. Regards Aristid Breitkreuz

As far as it depends on me, it is. Best Regards, -- Zoltan 'cad' JUHASZ Eotvos Lorand University (ELTE) - Budapest, Hungary http://people.inf.elte.hu/cad

Who else worked on the file? (Oh and why did the system mark your response as "spam"?)
