it would be nice if people logged into trac before commenting on tickets.
That way we don't get things like this:

I could never understand why we allowed that, so I've changed the permissions so that tickets can only be closed by authenticated users. Anonymous comments are still allowed though. Let me know if this causes any fallout. Regards, John.
