To be frank, I have a considerable knowledge of C++ and the standard libraries and fair knowledge of Boost Libraries, I would love to contribute to Boost.Graph even if not as a part of SoC 2012. I would like to begin by going through the source code and the documentation. In the past, students have been encouraged to discuss specific proposals on the mailing list. That means that you would have to identify a project that you would like to work on from that list, or some other idea that you might have. Discussing your idea on the mailing list will help you get a better idea of concrete requirements, and help us gauge your commitment to the project.
