Hi all, I have attached a patch that will add support for the JavaScript Menu by Jonathan Turkanis to BoostBook. It generates frame.html and menu.html, leaving index.html unchanged. The tree control files are set as tree.js and tree.css. These are searched for in the directory provided by the toc.treecontrol xsl:param (set to ./tree as default).
