I was going to find the https://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/2018/12/244648.php thread, but it did not worked with Google (looked all the pages https://www.google.com/search?q=dropping+support+for+msvc+9+site%3Alists.boo...), while DuckDuckGo shows it as the first link https://ddg.gg/?q=dropping+support+for+msvc+9+site%3Alists.boost.org. Can webmasters look into this with the Google's Search Console https://search.google.com/search-console/about? Or it is a policy to supplant the all-embracing Google? :-)

Hi Nikita, Indeed! Google stopped indexing January 2017. This is one month prior to the move from IU to Ciere managing the mailing lists. Interesting… The thread you bring up has not yet been crawled. But, I am starting to see items such as this post via https://www.google.com/search?q=list%20is%20poorly%20indexed%3Alists.boost.o......
