Assuming the python failures are genuine and not the result of a broken testing / reporting harness, I'd suggest to mark them as expected, as 1) I can't debug these since I don't have access to a MSVC development platform. 2) The error almost certainly stems from the test harness (the 'import_.cpp' test file, say), not from the code meant to be tested.
