I would like to merge beast develop to master. This contains bug fixes plus an important fix to CI build reporting. May I go ahead?

I merged the develop to master of Boost.Histogram yesterday, I hope that was ok. The merge contained only a bug-fix that I had prepared already for 1.75.0, but it came too late for that release. Best regards, Hans
