Hi. The 'BGL Book Errata' link in table_of_contents.html links to http://siek.info/bgl.html which in turn requires the user to enter a password to access. This should be fixed. This could possibly be happening due to an invalid link target and the HTTP server redirecting the call to the root folder to which access is protected by a password. Hope this helps.
