[trac] Add new components

The following four libraries do not have "components" in trac (lockfree already has the component in trac): - atomic - coroutine - multiprecision - odeint (numeric/odeint) Regards, Michel

Done, I set atomic's maintainer to be the same as lockfree - is this right? Odeint currently has no maintainer set - for some reason "karsten" isn't recognised as a valid user id by the Trac - I don't understand that, any ideas anyone? John.
