Who's Using Boost - Thankyou and updates

Big thankyou to everyone who's responded to the "Who's Using Boost?" message, there is now an updated version of the web pages at: http://freespace.virgin.net/boost.regex/who/html/index.html Please do take a moment to check that your entry is correct, and if you haven't submitted an entry yet, why not ? :-> I hope to move this into cvs soon, but the question then becomes: before or after the release? Opinions on that welcome. Thanks, John.

I am incredibly impressed by the range and extent of Boost usage in 'real-life' commercial projects reported so far - and I suspect there are others who are not shouting about it yet. The sooner this information becomes widely available, the better, for it is the best advertising one could wish for. For anyone struggling with reluctant management, this offers powerful persuasion. Most of http://www.boost-consulting.com/boost/libs/python/doc/projects.html is still missing from this page as far as I can tell.

Yes, and please add a prominent link to it from the home page! --Beman

Oh, forgot about that, I'll get it into cvs first, and one of us can transcribe those later. John.

Sorry, forgot to reply sooner: TeraView Ltd (www.teraview.com) We develop terahertz based systems for a variety of applications including spectroscopy and imaging. We use thread filesystem date_time serialization smart_ptr function bind iterator lexical_cast format tuple any optional And possibly others, but these are the ones that spring to mind. On the submission page, it's said that submissions are to be posted to this mailing list. This might turn potential submissions away, because AFAIK you need to be registered for this mailing list in order to send a mail here.
Thanks,
John.

Good point. Maybe we should have a "who's using boost?" wizard who whose email address we could list? -- Dave Abrahams Boost Consulting www.boost-consulting.com

I agree it's a good point, as long as the wizard isn't me :-) John.
