Hi, In the last few days I finished a toy implementation with continuous integration at https://github.com/htfy96/gsoc-static-map, which has been tested on g++5/6 and clang++3.8/3.9. Current test failure is as expected due to g++-5's incomplete constexpr optimization. Besides, my proposal draft has been submitted which includes a very tiny benchmark with boost::hana on compile-time lookup performance on map structure.
