[quickbook][random] Build under doc/ broken?

I'm not sure if this is a random or quickbook issue, but building the doc build under doc/ fails with current quickbook trunk. Any ideas? Thanks, John.

It's a quickbook bug. An assert is being triggered somewhere. I'll look into it.
