[boostbook] Windows xsltlproc binary packages

Hi, Is the version of xsltproc on the meta-comm site still not working? If it is, and it isn't possible to replace it, I'll change the boostbook documentation to link to the same binaries as the quickbook documentation (patch attached). thanks, Daniel
