It is working for me now. With 1.37.0 as in the past, three or more people had to coordinate via email to update the SourceForge release system and the www.boost.org web site. That meant a delay between when the release packages went up and the web site got updated. This time around I tried to capture what had to be done and add it to the release manager's checklist. The target is to cut the delay to minutes rather than hours or even a day. --Beman

BTW, I had actually gotten this link from my _installed_ version, not from the web site. Shouldn't the installed version of top-level index.html point to a local copy, not to the external site?
