Documentation snapshot not cycling
Hi, Looks like the documentation snapshot for develop http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/develop/ was last updated five days ago. Any chance this can be given a rebuild? Thank you, Joaquín M López Muñoz

This is normally downloaded from the bintray snapshot, but neither sourceforge or bintray have been updated. I guess something was run from Rene's account, and is now broken. I'm travelling today so I won't be able to do anything, and possibly not for the rest of the week. So if anyone else wants to look into it?

The uploads to api.bintray.com fail because they use the 'grafikrobot' account: https://github.com/boostorg/release-tools/blob/develop/ci_boost_release.py#L... which apparently no longer has rights to upload to 'https://api.bintray.com/content/boostorg'.

It looks like Michael Caisse got it working during the week. So thank you to him.
