The config platform file win32.hpp has: # include <_mingw.h> when __MINGW32__ is defined. I do not see _mingw.h anywhere. Where is this header supposed to be ?

It should be in mingw's include directory.
Thanks, I see my mistake. I forgot to download and install the necessary mingw component.
