For Hana, it's just a matter of going to github.com/boostorg/hana, then Settings and tick the `Issues` box. You might need some admin permissions on the repo to play with this, though.

I just added Vicente to be admin for those projects. Being able to do this is a relatively new feature so we haven't actively added admins for repos.
