Hi guys, do we have (or desire) a guideline about the usage of characters not in the basic source character set? One of the Adobe ASL patches for Boost <http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/index.php/Annotated_List_of_Boost_Patches> (see is_base_and_derived.hpp) concerned this issue and was recently applied.
