configure behavior is strange (writing to home dir)
I just grabbed RC_1_34_0. I ran configure and was surprised to see: Generating Boost.Build configuration in /home/nbecker/user-config.jam... That's not really expected behavior, to write to my home dir. Probably not really useful either if I build as a different user. Why don't we just write the the build dir?

It looks like we'll need some more support from BBv2 to do this the right way... I'm following this up over there, and we'll see what we can do. Cheers, Doug
