TortoiseSVN tells me, when I try to update:

Command: Update Error: OPTIONS of 'https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost': SSL negotiation failed: SSL Error: error: unknown protocol (https://svn.boost.org) Finished!:

And when I try to open https://svn.boost.org in Firefox (running on Windows XP), it tells me:

Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to svn.boost.org.

Can't connect securely because the site uses an older, insecure version of the SSL protocol.

(Error code: ssl_error_ssl2_disabled)
