[filesystem][i18n] missing header file from i18n.zip

Hi. I downloaded new version of boost::filesystem from http://www.esva.net/~beman/i18n/. filesystem/path.hpp has include to "mutable_constant.hpp" file. This file is missing. Roman

Oops! I'll fix that, but in the meantime just delete the #include. The header isn't actually used. Thanks for the report, --Beman
