Re: [boost] [Boost-testing] [Sandia-PPC-Darwin] Tests failing at Random?

The reason I'm asking is that some of the Sandia PowerPC Darwin tests are failing with no error message: for example http://tinyurl.com/32ee53.
Ping? These failures seem to be appearing at random: last time it was a TR1 test, but now that's passing, but some type traits tests have started failing with no message instead. Anyone any ideas? We really need to get the failures consistent to stand any chance of nailing down a release. Many thanks, John.

This is last Friday's results. There's newer results (rev 40770) for Sandia-darwin-pcc that look better. Can you check the newer results and see if there's still problems? -- Noel

It's the new 40770 results I'm looking at: last fridays failures have gone, but some new ones have popped up in their place :-( See http://tinyurl.com/2njxm7 for example. Thanks for the fast response, Regards, John.

Ah, we're having file system problems. The log shows occasionally compilers are unable to create object files and I see a few mkdir operations that failed. I'll get sysadmin to give this system a boot and a disk scan. Thanks for the heads up John. -- Noel

Ah, that would explain things.

Many thanks, hopefully it's an easy fix then :-) John.
